Compliance & Export Statement
Industrial procurement teams audit their suppliers. These are the commercial and regulatory commitments PROIND applies to every international transaction.
Last updated: January 15, 2026
1. Accurate declarations
Commercial invoices state the real transaction value in USD and an accurate description of the goods. PROIND does not under-declare, misdeclare or issue documents that misrepresent a shipment.
2. Export controls and sanctions
PROIND does not supply to sanctioned parties or destinations and reserves the right to decline any transaction that would breach applicable export-control rules in the origin country.
3. Brand integrity
PROIND does not knowingly trade counterfeit goods. Products are sold under their real manufacturer identity and real condition. PROIND is not an authorised distributor unless a page explicitly states otherwise.
4. Anti-corruption
PROIND does not offer or accept improper payments to obtain business, and complies with Brazilian anti-corruption legislation.
5. Data protection
Customer data is handled under the Privacy Policy, following the Brazilian LGPD and the applicable rules of the customer's country.
6. Supplier documentation
Procurement teams that need a supplier registration form, tax documents or a compliance questionnaire completed can request them at sales@proindeletronica.com.
