Return Policy
This policy applies to business-to-business international sales. Consumer withdrawal rights under Brazilian consumer law do not apply to cross-border B2B transactions.

1. Return authorisation (RMA)
No product may be returned without a prior RMA authorisation issued by PROIND. Unauthorised returns are refused at the origin and any cost incurred is charged to the sender.
2. Eligible returns
- Product with a confirmed defect within the warranty period.
- Product shipped in disagreement with the confirmed order.
- Product damaged in transit, reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
3. Non-eligible returns
- Items ordered incorrectly by the buyer, unless PROIND agrees in writing to a commercial return.
- Special-order, custom-sourced or imported-to-order items, except for a confirmed defect.
- Products showing signs of installation, misuse or unauthorised intervention.
- Products returned without original packaging, accessories or identification labels.
4. Condition of returned goods
Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped, adequately packed for international transport and, where applicable, with all accessories and labels.
5. Technical analysis
Every returned item undergoes specialised technical analysis. The outcome determines eligibility and the resolution offered. Analysis time depends on the product type and is communicated after receipt.
6. Return freight and duties
Return freight, export formalities in the buyer's country and any re-import charges are the buyer's responsibility, except when the return results from a PROIND shipping error or a confirmed defect. Cross-border returns must follow the documentation instructions provided with the RMA.
7. Commercial returns
Where PROIND accepts a return that is not caused by a defect or shipping error, a restocking fee and the original freight cost may be deducted from the credit issued.
