Refund Policy
Refunds follow the conclusion of the return and technical analysis process described in the Return Policy.
Last updated: January 15, 2026
1. When a refund is issued
- A defect is confirmed and no equivalent replacement is available.
- A shipping error by PROIND is confirmed and the buyer does not want a replacement.
- An order is cancelled before dispatch and no sourcing cost has been committed.
2. Refund currency and method
All refunds are issued in USD, through the same payment method used for the purchase whenever the payment provider allows it. Bank fees, intermediary charges and exchange-rate differences applied by the buyer's bank are outside PROIND's control.
3. Non-refundable charges
- International freight already incurred, unless the return results from a PROIND error.
- Import duties, taxes and brokerage already paid to the destination authorities.
- Restocking fees applied to accepted commercial returns.
4. Store credit
By written agreement, a refund may be converted into credit toward future purchases, which is often faster than an international bank refund.
5. Limitation of liability
Any refund or credit is limited to the value of the product supplied. PROIND is not liable for production losses, loss of profit or consequential damages arising from the use or unavailability of a product.
