Buying industrial parts across borders raises three practical questions: who am I buying from, where does the shipment come from, and who pays the import charges. This page answers all three.

1. Seller of record

Seller of record: PROIND Electronics (Brazil). Shipping origin may differ from the seller's country and is confirmed per order.

Every commercial invoice is issued by ProInd Eletrônica Comercial Ltda (Brazil) in USD, regardless of the country the goods physically leave from.

2. Multi-origin shipping

The origin is chosen to give the shortest realistic delivery time for the destination. It is confirmed in the quotation and, when known in advance, shown on the product page.

  • Brazil — items held in our own stock, dispatched after final inspection.
  • United States — items held with our North American sourcing partners, dispatched directly to the destination country.
  • Other origins — items located through the global sourcing network for obsolete and hard-to-find references.

3. Direct shipping from the United States

For many references, shipping from the United States is faster and cheaper than routing through Brazil. In that case the goods travel from a US origin straight to your country, while the commercial relationship, invoice, warranty and after-sales support remain with PROIND in Brazil.

4. Currency and pricing

All international prices, quotations and invoices are in US Dollars (USD). Prices on this site are independent from the Brazilian domestic storefront and reflect international commercial conditions.

5. Import charges

Import duties, taxes, VAT/IVA, customs brokerage and any local charges in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility, unless the quotation explicitly states DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

6. Two ways to buy

  • Online purchase — for listed products with a confirmed USD price and available stock.
  • Request a Quote (RFQ) — for part lists, larger volumes, obsolete references, DDP terms or when a formal quotation is required for procurement.
