Warranty Policy

Warranty terms vary with the product condition and are always stated in the specific quotation or listing. This page describes the framework applied to international B2B orders.

Last updated: January 15, 2026

1. Coverage

The warranty covers functional defects attributable to the product itself, verified by technical analysis. The warranty period starts on the delivery date and is stated per item in the quotation or invoice.

2. Product conditions

  • New — unused product supplied as new according to the listing.
  • New surplus — unused product from surplus inventory; packaging or manufacturing date may differ from current factory stock.
  • Refurbished — previously used product inspected or refurbished according to the listing.
  • Used — previously used product sold in the condition described.

3. Exclusions

  • Misuse, incorrect installation or operation outside technical specifications.
  • Electrical surges, water, contamination or physical damage after delivery.
  • Products modified, repaired or opened by third parties, or with broken warranty seals.
  • Normal wear of consumable components (batteries, fans, filters, relays).
  • Incompatibility with the buyer's application when compatibility was not technically verified before purchase.

4. Warranty claim procedure

Contact sales with the order or invoice number, the part number, a description of the failure and supporting photographs or video. PROIND issues an RMA authorisation with return instructions before any product is shipped back.

5. Resolution

When a defect is confirmed, PROIND may replace the item with an equivalent unit when available, repair it, or issue a credit or refund of the product value. Cross-border return freight, duties and clearance are handled case by case and agreed in writing.

6. Limitation

The warranty is limited to the value of the product supplied. PROIND is not liable for production stoppages, loss of profit, machine downtime or indirect or consequential damages.
