1. Who you are contracting with

ProInd Eletrônica Comercial Ltda — Rua 104, nº 700 — Setor Sul, Goiânia — GO, Brazil. The seller of record for every international order is the Brazilian entity, regardless of the country from which the goods are physically dispatched.

2. Business-to-business scope

This international storefront is intended for companies, industrial plants, machine builders, system integrators and maintenance professionals. Orders are treated as commercial transactions between businesses.

3. Use of the site

• Provide true, complete and current information.
• Do not use the site for illegal or unauthorised purposes.
• Do not attempt to access restricted areas, systems or data.
• Do not copy, reproduce or exploit site content without prior authorisation.

4. Products and technical information

Descriptions, images and specifications are provided as accurately as possible; images may be illustrative and manufacturer data may change without notice. Availability is confirmed per quotation and no product is guaranteed to be permanently in stock.

The buyer is responsible for verifying technical compatibility with its equipment or application before purchase.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. They exclude freight, insurance, duties and destination-country taxes unless expressly stated. Payment conditions are described in the Payment Terms.

6. Shipping, customs and delivery

7. Warranty, returns and refunds

Governed by the Warranty Policy, Return Policy and Refund Policy published on this site.

8. Limitation of liability

PROIND's total liability is limited to the value of the product supplied. PROIND is not liable for production losses, loss of profit, machine or process downtime, or indirect or consequential damages. Use of the products is the buyer's responsibility and must follow the manufacturer's technical specifications.

9. Intellectual property

Site content — text, images, layout and the PROIND marks — belongs to PROIND or its partners. Manufacturer brands and part numbers are used solely for identification, compatibility and technical application purposes.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of Goiânia — Goiás, Brazil are competent for any dispute, unless a different jurisdiction is agreed in writing in a specific commercial contract.

11. Changes

PROIND may update these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of the order.
